Finally, a legit summer weekend. Everything is green in Park City from the crazy number of rainy days in June. While sitting poolside at Silver Mountain on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I remarked to a friend that it doesn’t get any better than this, as our kids splashed about in the pool. Not a cloud in the sky.

And for the Skid$ Deal of the week, check out Molly Bloom’s Pub at Kimball Junction. We sat outside at one of their many patio tables and enjoyed some suprisingly good food, suprising because it was my first time there and expectations were tempered. I had a delicious Bratwurst with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. I bet my neighbor’s 3-year old $1.00 that she wouldn’t eat a whole clove of roasted garlic, which she did, and liked it. While this was all transpiring, I also noticed a table-top advertisement for $1.00 domestic drafts, a regular thing on weekdays at Molly Bloom’s. So in a way, I’m out one PBR.
